Boss Mechanics
Brittle: Tank swap mechanic for the tanks. Do a tank swap when your stacks reset (around 3-4 stacks).
Eye Beam: Anrak targets a ranged player (needs to be the OT) and does massive damage to and members around him. This may coincide with another mechanic, making it extra difficult to heal if the target is not the offtank or you're stacked up. This means everyone should be in melee except the OT. Use intercept if failed.
Spines of Earth: Spread mechanic. 3 second precast followed by 5 seconds of heavy AOE damage. Yellow bubbles will appear around each player. If a player touches another player’s bubble he will die. Bubbles can overlap. Assign prefixed positions before the fight if you fail due to this. After the yellow bubbles disappear, they will reappear for 1 more tick.
Tail Swipe: Cleave. Anrak will attack with his tail, one shotting anyone in front of him. Make sure no one is standing in front of him (including main tank). You are safe if you stand slightly to the side inside his hitbox as the active tank. Make use of this.
Sandstorm: Safe zone mechanic. Deals damage if not inside the blue circle. Stack up!
Call of Anrak: Add mechanic. Applies Brittle. Make sure you kill it quick as it only has 2.9M health.
Earthen Empowerment: Absorb that breaks after 5M damage taken. Gains a stack of Earthen Rage every 30s if left under the influence of the absorb.
Earthen Rage: The buff increases Anrak's damage by 3% per stack.
Bond of Earth: AOE that appears in the ground and everything inside takes 20% less damage. Tank should move the boss outside it and the raid reposition to his back.
Strategy
Face Anrak away from the raid. If you are the off tank (inactive) stand outside behind the raid which should stack up behind the boss. Only spread for Spines of Earth. Happens about every 30 seconds so it lines up nicely with warrior's Grasping the Horizon or mage's Phantom Blades. Make use of these!
You can have 3 dedicated people not spread and position themselves on 2 of his back legs (right and left) and directly behind him.
Move the boss immedeately on Bond of Earth, otherwise he will continue his regular mechanics for which he stands still. Always AOE taunt to swap, so you pick up the adds. If the off tank has any adds on them he will not loose Brittle stacks.

Venom Cloud: Cleanse mechanic. Green gas cloud on 2 players. Cleanse immediately (1.5 seconds) or the players will die. Rotate AOE cleanses.
Explosive Venom: Cleanse mechanic. A random player will have a pulsating green AOE placed on him. If failed the player explodes taking others with him.
Call of Anrak: Add mechanic. Now summons 3 adds instead of one. Apply Brittle. Kill quickly.
Notes: The order will always be Explosive Venom > 2 * Venom Cloud. The bard(/archon) and raid healer should deal with these as the tank healer will be busy with keeping the tanks alive.
