Misericordia
Phase 1: 100%-50%
Boss Mechanics
Double Edge: Debuff on the boss. She will take 10% more damage with this debuff on.
Injustice: A stacking buff on the boss that increases their damage done by 5%. Lasts 30 seconds. This happens if you have more than 10 players on the Vis’ platform.
Balance Shift: Teleports you to the other pillar. Has a 15 second CD and makes you immune to damage for 5 seconds. Only usable if Misericordia is alive, so you should kill them within seconds of each other.
Libra: Mis will cast this if the HP difference between the 2 bosses is greater than 10%(3.6#4). This cast does something differenet depending on which boss has the lower HP. If Vis’s health is 10% less than Mis’s, then a cast of Libra will do 2 ticks of heavy AOE damage to players on the Vis tower. If Mis’s health is 10% less than Vis’s, then a cast of Libra will heal Mis.
Lachrymose: Debuff on a random player that makes them take damage when they deal damage. This needs to be cleansed immediately.

Strategy for Phase 1
Make sure your raid is split into the groups above. Make sure that people swap pillars at the same time to avoid Libra. Swapping during the main course will happen mostly due to Declaration of Guilt tagging players at Vis platform who need to travel to Miser's platform in order to avoid dying on Assessment of Guilt that Vis will cast and cleanse their Guilt stack during Merciful Judge that Miser casts. Healer pairs and defiler + his paired DPS have to swap back to their original platform whenever Guilt is removed.
Other than this the rest of the mechanics are self-explanatory:
Lachrymose - Cleanse Player.
Light of Innocence - Interrupt the boss.
Light of Truth - Stack, drop AOE and move away.
At 83% Vis will start casting Trial of Brutality.
This is a tight DPS check. In order to meet it you will need both groups except Mis’ tanks and healers to travel to Vis’ pillar and nuke Vis hard. This will obviously trigger Injustice since everyone will be standing on the same pillar but this is intended and it’s meant to make the fight progressively harder and add a healing check on top of the DPS check until the Injustice stacks drop. You have 25s to deal enough damage on Vis to prevent Brutal End from happening. You know you have succeeded when at least 1 of the 3 Brutality buffs on Vis are gone. After dealing with Trial of Brutality you obviously need to balance the pillars again to stop Injustice stacks from building on Misericordia. The way we do this is by always sending back to Misericordia the people who came from her platform right when Brutality started unless the guy who was already at Vis platform has Guilt. Therefore, if you came to Vis platform from Mis’ platform to do Brutality then it is you that has to go back to Mis’ platform UNLESS your pair has Guilt debuff on them, then it is your pair who has to go to Miser and you stay to Vis platform. Union of Power on Vis will keep the HP% difference stable during Trial of Brutality if you are DPSing Vis.

Phase 2: 50%-35%
Boss Mechanics
Righteous Flames: 4 second cast, 60 second channel. A buff is placed on Misericordia that radiates damage (17K/second) and applies a stacking debuff called attrition (see below).
Attrition: Debuff on players that decreases their damage done by 1% per stack. Can be cleanses using Balance Shift.
Attrition: Debuff on players that decreases their damage done by 1% per stack. Can be cleanses using Balance Shift.
Strategy for Phase 2
At 50% Miser will start channeling Righteous Flames. Each second players at Mis’ platform will built stacks of Attrition which reduces all outgoing damage by 1% per stack. Something similar will happen at Vis’ Platform. As a result, players should all swap (except tanks) once at 20-25 seconds and once at 40 seconds in order to clear their stacks. The main reason for these timings is that right after Righteous/Vengeful flames there will be a Guilt happening and you want your players to have their jumping reactive available for use.
Phase 3: 35%-10%
Boss Mechanics
Mechanics Inheritance: All mechanics are inherited from phase 1.
Writ of Accusations: 3 players have a red circle placed on them. Whoever is in the circle will receive a 100% healing received debuff (no incoming healing).
Testify Innocence: At least 3 players will receive a smaller blue circle around them. Whoever is in the circle gets a 50% healing buff (50% more incoming healing).
Strategy for Phase 3
At 35% Misericordia will cast Writ of Accusations. 2 players will receive the writ of accusation, a red disk around them that reduces healing taken of
whoever is standing in it by 100%. However, there will also be at least 2 other players with a blue disk Testify Innocence around them that offers +50% healing received buff. The blue disk guys have to go stack on top of the red disk players in order to allow them to survive the AOE damage. Keeping in mind that one of the Blue disks might spawn on a player who is at Vis platform; That guy should come to Mis’ platform because players with Red Disks cannot use the jump reactive and red disks always spawns at Mis’ platform. During that phase all other Vis and Miser mechanics are still happening normally.

Phase 4: 10%-0%
Boss Mechanics
Stay of Execution: 40 second channel. Gives you forty seconds to kill the boss. If you fail to do this, the boss casts Hang the Jury (See below).
Hang the Jury: Misericordia will start killing people one at a time on her platform (See Stay of Execution).
Hang the Jury: Misericordia will start killing people one at a time on her platform (See Stay of Execution).
Strategy for Phase 4
The boss will either hit enrage and instantly wipe the raid at 8 minutes or go into soft-enrage mode if you hit 10% before the 8 minute marker. As soon as Vis or Miser hit 10% they start channeling Order of Execution and Stay of Execution giving players a 40s grace-period to finish off both bosses before they cast Hang the Jury and quickly kill players one by one. The DPS check is quite tight so make sure to save all your 1min CDs below 20% and balance the HP of Mis and Vis before hitting 10%.
death sentence - jumping reactive
Meanwhile, specifically for Vis platform, players will be receiving Death Sentence debuff which requires them to jump to Mis’ platform before the debuff expires or they will be killed. Keep in mind that once a boss is dead you can no longer use the jumping reactive to go to the other platform so make sure to balance the platforms wisely in order to have enough DPS to kill both bosses nearly at the same time.

Excessive Force: 2 second cast by Vis that happens every 10 seconds. Applies a 15 second buff on the boss that will increases their outgoing damage by 50%. This needs to be PURGED.
Snap Judgement: 2 second interruptible cast that happens every 12 seconds. This needs to be interrupted or it will one shot the tank.
Hand of Justice: Clockwise spinning beam. This will kill anyone it touches.
Declaration of Guilt: 1.5 Second cast by Vis that occurs every 10 seconds. It will apply Declaration of Guilt debuffs to 3 players. This debuff can only be removed by Merciful Judge (See Misericordia mechanics). Players with the debuff need to swap with their mirrors on the other side.
Assessment of Guilt: 1.4 cast by Vis that happens every 45 seconds. Causes players with the Declaration of Guilt debuff to deal 17K splash damage around them.

Phase 2: 83%-50%
Boss Mechanics
Trial of Brutality: 25 second channel. A tight DPS check. If it is not met, then Brutal End (See Below) will happen.
Brutal End: 2 second cast. A Wipe mechanics for failing the DPS check.
Union of Power: A buff on the boss. 50% of all incoming damage is transferred to Misericordia.

Vengeful Flames: 4 Second cast, 60 second channel. Applies a buff on Vis. Radiates damage (17K/second) and applies a stacking debuff per second call Searing Agony (See Below).
Searing Agony: Reduces incoming healing received by 1% per stack. Can be cleansed using Balance Shift (See Phase 1).
