Dread Witch Lokkerin and Warlord Svenbioard
Union of Fate: Links the lives of Dread Witch Lokkerin and Warlord Svenbioard. Upon falling below 50% HP they get stunned for 15 seconds every 30 seconds. You can use this to play with their mechanics a bit, but only partially remove them from the fight because they will not die.
Dread Witch Lokerinn
Untouchable: Interruptable cast* (2s precast followed by channel). Only the channel is interruptable. Absorb applied to Fionn.
Perseverance: Applies a shield and *becomes immune to interrupt as long as the absorb persists. Breaks on 15M damage. Occurs at 75%,50% and 25% of Fionn's HP.
Mote of Draconic Essence: Orb. Spawns 3 motes. Heal the boss if near. Killing one will despawn all others.
Mote of Draconic Essence (HM only): Additionally spawns a wellspring (different mote).
Torpor of Rebirth: Heal. Randomly applied to any NPC which drops below 20%. Target takes 700% increased damage.
Miasma (HM only): Cleanse mechanic. 5 second debuff that turns into 15 second damage debuff unless cleansed.
Warlord Svenbioard
Warcry: Interruptable cast. Debilitates unless interrupted.
Great Cleave: Cleave. Turn him away from the raid.
Dread Lance: AOE. Drops an AOE on the target (tank). Move out.
Reaper's Blade: Starts at 75%. Throws a projectile at the player with Reaper's Mark. Oneshots players along its path.
Cataclysm: AOE on the raid. 6s duration. Heal through. Starts at 25%.
Dread Witch Lokerinn

Huntsmen of the Mire
Marked for Death: Delayed AOE. You'll get a pulsating effect around you. Immediately run out of the group to drop off the AoE somewhere it won't kill anyone. We suggest trying to stack these up in an out of the way corner if you can help it. It will give you more room to maneuver.
Volley: Low damage on a player. Ignore.
Powershot (HM only): AOE. Targets a player and deals damage. May occasionally oneshot people. Move away!

Lord Fionn
One Thousand Thrusts: Meteor mechanic (shared damage). Cone shaped AOE. Turn towards the (stacked) raid to share.
The Main Thrust(HM only): Follows One Thousand Thrusts. Jumps on a random player, deals damage and knocks back. Drops AOE.
Reaper's Mark: Marks a player for Reaper's Blade. Roots.
Imbalancing Blows: Swap mechanic. The main tank should pull all three initially and have the off tank peel Fionn to start. Swap at 13-14 stacks. At 15 stacks increases incoming damage by 300%.
Omnicient Flash: Knocks back anyone in front of the boss. Spawns purple globes (orbs) that move towards hit targets. Avoid. Oneshots anyone but tanks.
Godly Incandescence: Damage in melee range. Increases per tick and stuns on the last one.
Blade Storm: Stacking dot on the tank if in melee range. Move away.
Storm of Ahnket: AOE. Targets a random player. Move out. Periodically occurs from 75%-50% and double below 50%.
Surging Energy: Orb. Applies a stack of Surging Energy if stepped on. Grants 15% damage, 5% reduced healing received, 5% increased incoming damage per orb/stack. If this effect expires it applies All-In, a movement speed and damage taken penalty equal to how many surging energy stacks expired.
Overwhelmed / Empowered by Ahnket: Fionn teleports inside the pyramids and channels. Resumes after the applied absorb is broken. Gains stacks of Spirit of Sibuna, [], [] every second depending on his health. Teleports in the middle at 25%.

[] (at 50%): Increases the duration of Storm of Ahnket per stack.
[] (at 25%): Reduces the cooldown of Omnicient Flash per stack.

Flow
The main tank should pull all three while the off tank picks up Fionn soon thereafter. This is to avoid Svenbioard cleaving towards the raid, which should be stacked up. The tanks should avoid standing between the adds and the raid.
100 - 75% and Transition
DPS Fionn and hit the interrupts on Sven and Lokkerin until 75% (optional: kill a Mote of Draconic Essence). Be ready to move out with Marked for Death and the tanks need to turn him towards the raid on One Thousand Thrusts. When he teleports into the pyramid (right) remove the absorb from Lokkerin and interrupt her. Follow Fionn and remove his absorb as well utilizing the reactive to squeeze out premium damage.
75 - 50% and Transition
Repeat the previous phase while moving away from Storm of Ahnket. At 50% once again remove the witch's absorb and follow Fionn into the pyramid (left).
~45 - 25% and Transition
Repeat the previous phase. At 25% remove the absorb from Lokkerin. Fionn will now teleport in the middle. Grab the reactive.
Optional for Introduction Mode: Before hitting 20% DPS the witch and warlord down to 20%. The witch will apply Torpor of Rebirth on one of them and not the boss.
20 - 0%
Lokkerin will apply Torpor of Rebirth on the boss. Use the reactive and burn him down.
100 - 75% and Transition
DPS Fionn and hit the interrupts on Sven and Lokkerin until 75% (optional: kill a Mote of Draconic Essence). Be ready to move out with Marked for Death and the tanks need to turn him towards the raid on One Thousand Thrusts. When he teleports into the pyramid (right) remove the absorb from Lokkerin and interrupt her. Follow Fionn and remove his absorb as well utilizing the reactive to squeeze out premium damage.
75 - 50% and Transition
Repeat the previous phase while moving away from Storm of Ahnket. At 50% once again remove the witch's absorb and follow Fionn into the pyramid (left).

Repeat the previous phase. At 25% remove the absorb from Lokkerin. Fionn will now teleport in the middle. Grab the reactive.
