Boss Mechanics
Earthquake: The boss will smash the ground, dealing AOE damage to the whole raid. Raid healers be ready!
Touch of the Core: Intercept mechanic. High damage channel to a random player. The tank needs to intercept this.
Crystalline Volley: AOE damage channel. Every 35 seconds after the phase starts and/or the previous cast ends. This will tick 21 times and deal damage each tick to the whole raid. You can interrupt this. If you do not, then the boss receives a debuff that increases his damage taken by 1% each stack. Stacks 100 times. Never interrupt this unless you're at 100 stacks or about to die.
Curse of Greed: 3 second precast, casts for 6 seconds. This will steal other players stacks of Luxury, killing them on the next Earthquake.
Crushing Force: Cone AOE. Cast on a ranged player (1.3s cast). Knocks back.
Crystal Phase: Occurs at 90%, 70%, 50%, 30%, and 10%. The boss will become immune and run to one of the pillars around the area. Crystals will spawn. The number of crystals you need to pick up varies depending on your setup, and DPS can take 5 for the first 3 phases and 6 for the last two, and healers can take 6 on the first 3 and more for the last two. After each crystal phase, the boss will gain a stack of “Power of Laethys” which will increase his damage done by 1% and decrease his damage taken by 2%. Each crystal gives you one stack of Luxury, which will protect you in the later phases.
Luxury: Increases outgoing damage per stack. Increases maximum health per stack. Decreases damage taken per stack.
Strategy
Stack up behind the boss. 15 seconds into the fight the first Crystalline Volley will start. Use healing cooldowns. After the first Crystal phase the player getting Curse of Greed needs to run out quickly. The bard should grab the shovel and dig away the ghost as soon as possible. Repeat until dead.

Add Mechanics
Each crystal phase, there will be a ghost spawning and +1 for each phase after the first. These need to be tanked, and can’t be damaged. A player (usually the bard), needs to grab the shovel located in the middle of the room. He will see the piles of dirt start to glow. He needs to go to one of the glowing piles and right click to dig the treasure out. This will make one ghost take the treasure and despawn.
Hard Mode
Diamond Missile: Frontal Cleave. Shoots 3 missiles. These will one shot everyone but the tank, so stay behind the boss.
Laethic Rain: Debuff put on you for standing in the red AOE circles on the ground. With this debuff, every ability you cast will do damage to you. Avoid AOEs and stop attacking if you get debuff. Emote: “Thalguur is going to erupt”
