Baird Bringhurst
Boss Mechanics
He rotates between two phases. In the first you will fight him and in the second you to break the line of sight behind the pillar in the middle in order to survive his attacks.
Tartary Sprout: Summons a plant add that roots you. Kill this to be able to move.
Lifegrip: Interruptable cast. Pulls and stuns a player. Deals damage. Interrupt!

Mercutial and Strauz
Boss Mechanics
Kill Mercutial first and don't interrupt any of her attacks. When interrupted she will deal more damage to the group.
After you dealt with her you can focus on Strauz who should be pulled out of the red AOE (Strauz' Draining Field) he is dropping. They buff him.

The next few trash groups are challenging as they hit fairly hard. Be sure to focus on the Master Mixer and interrupt his cast.
Pick Me Up: Heals nearby enemies. Cast by the Master Mixer.
Doctor Perfidus
Boss Mechanics
Impenetrable Barrier: Renders him immune to all damage. Can only be removed by an Unstable Expirement.
Unstable Experiment: A white blob add that spawns in regular intervals. When killed near the doctor it removes Impenetrable Barrier.
Contaminated Mutant: Big add. When damaged leaves a slime trail.
Dissolving Mutant: Small adds. 3 of these will spawn every 20 seconds. They can be slowed by pulled through the slime trail.
Kill the Unstable Experiment near the boss to remove his barrier. You only need to kill him to complete the encounter, so start as soon as he looses it. If you struggle with healing the tank who picks up the adds have him kite the adds through the trail left behind by Contaminated Mutant.

Boss Mechanics
Mutation Contamination: Transforms a player and has them turn on their group. Use Break Free!
Contagion: Lethal AOE around the boss. He will loose aggro and run towards the group.
Charge: Randomly charges a player stunning them for 3 seconds.
Frenzy: He becomes enraged and deals damage around him. If anyone is standing at range he will start charging people.
Following every Contagion from which you should move away he will lift the group up into the air and throw you about 20m back. Be sure to dodge Contagion and position yourselves such that you don't get thrown into the water (backs against the wall). At 30% he will cast Frenzy. Stack up if your healer can heal through it so you don't get stunned.

Entering the next hallway will trigger a deadly trap. Razor blades will constantly move in fixed lanes towards you until you cleared the way. Be sure to stand in the safe lanes!
Prince Kaliban

Pestilence Elixir: If you face the boss after this cast has ended you will stunned. Turn around!
Life Leeching: Similar to Lifegrip. Deals damage and stuns.
Growing Corruption: Spawns mushrooms in front of him. They deal damage but the tank can usually stand in them.
Trample: Knocks back the group and charges a player. If near a core it will explode.
Tank him faced towards the entrance. The tank should survive his cleave attacks. If not turn him ever so slightly. The group should stack up in the middle. Turn around for Pestilence Elixir and run towards the middle again when he tramples you.
