Boss Mechanics
GENERAL
She will alternate between a regular phase and an add phase. Depending on her HP different mechanics will be present.
Scales of Justice (Scale Balance Display): There are two scales hanging from the ceiling accessible via the stairs in the back of the room. Any player jumping on them will tilt the balance display towards whatever side they stood on and take damage, increasing damage for each following player. Jump on one at a time. Prioritize Tank>Healer>ranged DPS to have this duty.
NORMAL
Green bubble: Right above the first stairs will be a green bubble. Grants reactive a reactive [] similar to Objection!. Removes any HP debuffs.
*Objection!: Reactive ability. Removes Hasty Prosecution, Contempt or Weight of Guilt debuffs.
[]: Swap mechanic. Prevents incoming healing at 10 stacks. Removed by Objection! (inside the green bubble). Swap at 5-6.
Contempt: HP reduction on the raid. Triggered if Lady Justice leaves the inner circle of the room.
Tyrannis Veritas: AOE damage. Heal through.
Hasty Prosecution: Kills if not cleansed with Objection! within 5s. Objection! places a HP debuff on you for everytime you use it. Don't spam.
Rightuos Blade: Cleave.
Fiery Absolution: AOE on a random player. All phases.
FINAL
Trial by Fire: The room will be split into 3 concentric lanes plus the inner circle. Only one lane is active (survivable to stand in ) at a time. No longer one shots as of 3.6#4.
ADD PHASE
Tears of Mercy: Orbs spawn around her. Grants reactive ability. Removes immunty from Beholders of Judgement/Vigil of Wrath.
Beholder of Judgement: Add mechanic. Spawn at the entrance moving towards the boss and then up to the scales shifting the balance. Immune until hit by Tears of Mercy. Deal damage if touched.
Merciful Justice: 30s cast. AOE damage. Drops AOE circles around the room. Use cooldowns.
Judgement: 28s cast. Raid wipe at the end unless the scales are balanced. Cleanse mechanic. Places Libra (debuff) on the raid in later stages of the fight. Any healing will heal the boss.
Vigil of Justice: Add mechanic. Red orb moving around concentric around the boss. Rooted if damaged. Initially immune to damage.
Order in the Court: 60s. Raid wipe if scales are unbalanced at the end. Removes immunty from Vigils of Justice.
Vigil of Wrath-> Sphere of Wrath
Virtue of Wrath: The room will be split into 3 concentric lanes plus the inner circle. Only one lane is active (survivable to stand in ) at a time. Additionally, spawns Vigil of Wrath.
Vigil of Wrath: Add mechanic. Similar to Beholders of Judgement. Touching will deal damage (Sphere of Wrath) and spawn a Sphere of Incarceration (purple bubble) at the scales traveling down, stunning anyone inside.

Normal: 100%-85%
Stack up behind the boss. The tanks should move out of Rightous Blade and swap at 5-6 stacks. Remove [] by running in the green circle and use the provided reactive. Healers be ready for Tyrannis Veritas.
Add phase: 85%
The inactive tank should pick up Tears of Mercy and use them on the Beholders of Judgement. The sooner they are debuffed the sooner and more you can kill. The cabalist should keep them stunned and pulled together. If you succeed only 2 of them will escape and imbalance the <left> scale. Have people run up (to the <right> scale) and rebalance the scale at end of Judgement. Be sure to stack up in the middle and heal through Merciful Justice.
Normal: ~85%-55%
Inherits all mechanics of the first normal phase with additional ones: Judgement will apply Libra at the end. Fiery Absolution will happen every 10 seconds.
Add phase: 55%
Vigils of Justice will spawn. She begins casting Order in the Court. The scale gets imbalanced by 6 (sometimes 7) to the <right>. Send the appropriate amount to the <left> scale. You can only kill the vigils once Order in the Court has finished but be sure to damage them to prevent them from moving around.
Normal: ~55%-30%
Inherits all mechanics from the previous normal phase. If anyone got hit by a Vigils the purple AOE will spawn.
Add phase: 30%
She will cast Virtue of Wrath and spawn the Vigils of Wrath. Handle them like the Beholders of Judgement from the first add phase while staying in the safe lane. Be sure to balance the scales ifany reach them after the following Judgement cast.
Normal: ~30%-10%
Inherits all mechanics of the previous normal phase.
Final: 10%-0%
She will cast Trial by Fire and remain stationary. Move into the safe lane and stack up to drop Fiery Absolution. Tyrannis Veritas can still happen.
