Stage 1
Nexus Rivos and Charging up the Cannons
Upon opening the Rift, you will see several broken turrets spawn around the Rift in a circle. You need to charge these like you charge any turret/stone with your planar channel. This will use up one planar charge, but there are planar anomalies located in the center of the Rift. You will also see several adds (8-9) called "Nexus Rivos". These will essentially one shot anyone who is not a tank. Your tank needs to establish aggro over one, drag it to the turret, and let the turret one shot it. The turrets' shots have a 30 second CD, so you need to pick up a second rivo, drag it to another turret, and repeat the process until you have killed 8 and stage 2 begins. Your DPS need to stack in the water to the LEFT of the Rift and wait for the tanks/healers to finish this stage. You can also DPS them down to speed things up but do not TAB-target to avoid pulling uncontrollably.
If you die at any stage of this raid rift hit respawn and rejoin your group quickly. Battle resurrections should be reserved for healers and tanks.

Stage 2
The 2 Lizards and Kamikaze Crabs
After stage 1 ends, you need to make sure all of your turrets are back up and running (if they aren't). Everyone needs to be outside of the rift or you'll start the fight immedeatly. Several crabs will spawn first, and they will run randomly around the Rift. Avoid them, do not taunt them, and try not to DPS them. They have no aggro table, so they will just run around destroying your turrets. Your tank needs to pull one lizard at a time. If he pulls 2, you'll probably wipe. After pulling the lizard, make sure you face him away from the raid as he does cleave. Every few seconds the lizard will put a debuff on 2 random players. These debuffs explode after a few seconds, dealing approx. 65K damage. After pulling the first lizard, move to the right side of the Rift so the water is on your left and pull the second one. It's the same process. If the crabs end up in your group, just run away from them. After the lizards are dead, charge your turrets back up and get ready for stage 3. You can also take a second tank and healer to hold the 2nd lizard if your group struggles with pulling only one. If you choose to do so have the 2nd lizard tanked near a different turret. They are not allowed within 30m of each other. If they get close they will explode unless purged.
Stage 3
The Shockbite
You need to fully charge (using planar channels) the platform to the right of the Rift, the one that turns into a blue dome (electric shield). If you charge up the purple one, you did it wrong. If you are unsure, charge both. Your entire raid except the tank needs to stack inside the blue bubble. The tank needs to pull the shark and immediately face him sideways to the raid. He will lay down huge red cone AOEs every minute or so. You don't want these on the platform with the raid.
Deadly Gaze: Emote "Shockbite readies his deadly gaze!" This is a tank intercept. Failure to intercept will kill the player.
Pull the shockbite towards the turrets. You want him to be close enough to the raid where the tank can catch the intercepts, but also where 2 turrets can shoot him at the same time. After he dies, it's time for stage 4.
The raid needs to be always stacked under the bubble or his AOE will kill you.

Stage 4
The "Big Deadly Mass"
A huge monster will spawn in the middle. Have the tank pull it close to the edge of the rift. The transition between the rift's vfx and the normal environment makes it easier to see AOE mechanics.
The boss will apply a stacking debuff on the tank. The tank will take more damage per stack. The healer needs to save their CDs for the point where the tank has 3 or more stacks of the debuff.
Arcanation: 6 second channel that deals pretty heavy AOE damage. You need to ensure you have at least 2 raid helrs if not more for this part. A Preserver (Primalist) can tank heal and use his CDs during this to help with the heals.
Radial Threat: 1.5 second cast. The boss will spawn several cone AOEs around him, much like the fans in Gyel Fortress on the first boss there. Hop out of these, whatever you are doing. These will one shot anyone.
Cleanse: Every so often, the boss will put a debuff on the tank (different than the uncleansable one) that will increase his damage taken by ALOT. This is cleansable. Cleanse it ASAP (the addon Gadgets does NOT show this as cleansable. You need to be paying attention as it IS cleansable and needs to be dispelled before the boss can hit the tank more than 4 times as this will probably kill him).
Pressure Tap: A white circle that spawns around a player (usually the player who opened the Rift). The raid needs to stack inside of this. Anyone not inside when the boss's cast is finished will take approx. 70K damage.

Stage 5
Quogon
NOTE: You will want to charge up three of the four platforms (The closes purple and both blue platforms) but DO NOT start the fourth charge on the far blue platform until the boss has been pulled. Doing so aggro's the boss who will eat that shield, then your face.
Aquatic Trap: The tank will occasionally be placed inside of an Aquatic trap, rendering him unable to do anything. He is immune to Arcani Blast and Electo Waves (see below), but he will take substantial damage during this. Make sure to keep him healed as he can't use most of his CDs. DPS do NOT kill this. Killing this kills the tank, so watch your cleaves.
Arcani Blast: The boss will spawn a huge pulsating purple AOE that will wipe your raid (has an 8 second cast time). In order to avoid this, you need to be inside of the PURPLE bubble. You also need to line up along the edges of the platform to avoid dying to the blue bubbles. You can also outrange the Arcani Blast, however, depending on where the boss is, this could also mean being out of range for healers. Make sure you run back in as soon as possible.
Electro Waves: An 8 second cast by the boss. You need to be in the BLUE bubble by the end of the cast, or you will die. Again, stack along the edges, but don't be on top of each other.
The Blue Bubbles: Quogon will place random blue AOE bubbles on random people. The damage ticks per bubble you are in, so never stack on anyone, especially the tank. After each platform mechanic, bubbles will spawn on several people, so be off of the platform.
Debuff: Quogon will randomly place a debuff on 2 people at a time. These people have approximately 15 seconds to run into ANY of the bubble platforms around the area to self cleanse this. It looks like a big red rock coming at your and a red circle at chest level when it hits you. Failure to self-cleanse will result in a one shot.

Loot Table
Two BoE essences of between 140-170 main stat quality. These are randomly generated and can occasionally be greater essences. Most groups will go one res one roll, meaning the person who used their SoL lure will be able to reserve one of the two essences and the other goes to a class roll. If this is for the weekly it's generally done in sets of five, meaning a total of 10 essences will drop.
